经常流流汗  多呼吸下新鲜空气  绝对会对你这样性亢奋有抑制作用
性欲这东西 没有不好   但是太多也不好  你手淫的频率明显太高了..虽然是女人 同样会对生殖系统造成压力   手淫不要频繁到每天都做   2天一次还能认为可接受  女性手淫过频繁容易引起月经不调  失眠多梦  等很多病症..所以尽量控制自己吧
