专家称性生活有助缓解女性经期不适症状

到每个月都要“造访”一次的月经，绝大多数女性联想到的都是心情郁闷、腰酸腹痛。之前，一直有女性问我，性爱对于缓解月经期不适，真有那么好的作用吗？我的回答是：性爱是最简单、有效的“止痛药”，尤其是在经前几天，性爱会明显降低月经期不适。

　　性愉悦和高潮会使肌肉高度收缩，然后逐渐放松，这有助于经血顺利排出。愉悦的性感受还能改变一个人体内的化学物质水平。在大脑的指挥下，身体会释放某些激素和化学物质，增加愉悦、满足感。如此一来，女性对于疼痛感的反应就没那么敏锐，甚至当不适感出现时，身体也会有更强的“战斗力”与之抗衡。

　　要强调的是，性爱只有在获得美好感受时才具有缓解痛经的作用，那些排斥性生活或频繁出现性交疼痛的女性，就不适用这个方法了。
